Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original Woodbird® labels are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
